George is an agronomist with post graduate studies in Natural Resources Development and Agricultural Engineering, specialized in Sustainable Use and Management of Water Resources. He has great experience in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing application, and in the operation of hydrological observatories. He has been actively involved in different EU programmes and has additional experience in Geodatabase Development and data quality assurance (QA/QC) processes. He has previously started his Ph.D. studies on Land Reclamations Works Analysis and Use of New Technology (GIS and Remote Sensing).
